Paddy Kisnorbo returns to Thorp Arch

This sparked a bit of excitement earlier in the week as Sanchez Watt informed fans "Guess who came back to the training ground today....The fans favourite Patrick Kisnorbo". This has more to do with the recent trip to America he's had however as part of his rehab, rather than a return to training of any sorts. So although positive, it didn't turn out to be the massive surprising boost some may have hoped on hearing it. He's still out possibly all season, maybe returning towards the back end of the season. His rehab continues, and Simon and the lads are pleased to have him back:

"Players are glad to see him back. He's a bubbly character and we're delighted that he's back here doing his rehab. There's no timescale on Paddy  and we've said that all along. He will be fit when   the surgeon and the physios decide that he's ready to step up his training again. Hopefully it's some time this year and if he's back playing for Leeds in the kit then that's great for everybody and that's his aim and our aim."

No-one needs me to say he's a fantastic player in ability and spirit. Such a shame he's been injured this season as him alongside Bruce would have probably put us in good stead from the start and put us a little further up the table a little earlier on. It's all good news though, rehab in the States has obviously been a success and he continues over here - the sooner he's back on the pitch with his heart on his sleeve for Leeds, the better.

Here's a classic Paddy video - hobbling around on the touchline vs Bristol - to tide us over while he returns...
