Championship Round-Up ... 3rd Jan

Well, after listening with interest to 606 this afternoon the results have left me more than happy with only Watford out of our immediate competitors winning. QPR conceded a last minute equalizer to Bristol City, Swansea lose to Leicester and Norwich both drew. In fact, only one of the top 9 won. We could leap above Swansea who we now have a game in hand on and into second with a win tomorrow. What's more we won't lose much ground should the worst happen.

It was nice, in fact, to have a day of the media concentrating on the Football League. Often more exciting than the Premier League and with more total fans.
