Personally, Grayson is seemingly in no rush to try and improve our current squad. As long as we do end up moving to improve in the later weeks of the month in a bid to strengthen while allowing incoming players to be involved in the play-offs I'll be happy with that. If we don't bring anyone in I'd be very surprised as we scouted Johnson again last week - who is only unavailable due to City feeling he's still not fully fit but played another 80 minutes for their reserves. Despite our current squad being good, and there indeed being no current rush as they're all available for selection (bar Connolly and Paddy) - improvement and strengthening for a run-in push can't be turned down from where we currently find ourselves this season, especially considering the trimming of our squad that occurred in January.

I've always had the impression SG isn't in no rush to get promoted.
How he's gone about things don't suggest to me he's after promotion.
That's a fair point... He doesn't seem gung-ho like Leicester, QPR, Forest etc. he probably can't afford to be, we don't have the funds they seem to
He likes to keep people's feet on the ground and targets realistic, anything beyond those is seen as a bonus, and I think that works well.
